Jen Leary is a Philadelphia native who founded Watch Party PHL, which began in spring 2024 as monthly screenings of women's sports at local bars. She co-founded The Stoop Pigeon, a women's sports hub and cafe that becomes a watch bar at night, at Broad and Pine on the edge of the Gayborhood. The venue raised more than $100,000, including over $70,000 on Kickstarter.
