Kierra Johnson (she/they) is president of the National LGBTQ Task Force, which runs Creating Change, the national conference for LGBTQ+ organizers. She joined the Task Force in 2018 as deputy executive director after serving on its board and National Action Council, and before that led URGE as executive director. Her work spans nonprofit leadership, youth leadership and reproductive justice, and the Task Force calls her a national expert on queer and reproductive rights issues. She gave the State of the Movement address at Creating Change 2026.
