Dr. Jaime G. Raygoza is President of the Orange County Queer Chamber of Commerce, where he leads the Chamber's founding vision and community-building work for queer and allied professionals across Orange County. He is also the founder of Rainbow Career Coaching, helping LGBTQ+, BIPOC and allied professionals grow and move into careers they are proud of. An organizational psychologist and ICF-credentialed coach with a PsyD, he blends evidence-based, trauma-informed coaching with practical tools to prevent burnout.
