Executive Director, William Way LGBT Community Center

Darius McLean was named executive director of the William Way LGBT Community Center in January 2026, after leading it in an acting role since July 2025. He spent five years as director and chief operating officer of the center's Arcila-Adams Trans Resource Center, and before that led an LGBTQ+ health care program at Einstein Medical Center. He plans to expand community outreach as the center marks its 50th year.
