Sapphic Salt Lake City: Lesbian & Queer Women's Events

Luna Sol

Founder and producer, Sappho SLC

Luna Sol is a Venezuela-born Latine burlesque performer who founded Sappho SLC in early 2024, after lesbian nightlife in New York inspired her to build a sapphic scene in Utah. She produces and hosts Sappho SLC's burlesque shows and its Sappho After Dark series, which put BIPOC performers and all body types at the center, and she spends much of her time coaching new performers. In March 2026 she produced Noche de Lucha, a sapphic burlesque and lucha libre night at Metro Music Hall that sold out with a waitlist of more than 60 people.
