Alexandre "Alex" Cutini became Encircle's chief executive in July 2024 after serving as a vice president at Goldman Sachs, where he co-headed the LGBTQ+ network in the Salt Lake City office. Originally from Brazil, he has lived in Salt Lake City for about a decade and is a certified yoga instructor. He leads Encircle's homes for LGBTQ+ youth and their families, including the Ogden home that opened in September 2025 with parent support groups and family therapy.
