André J. Molette became executive director of Zebra Youth, Orlando's nonprofit for LGBTQ+ young people ages 13 to 24, in February 2026. He has more than a decade of nonprofit leadership in public health and LGBTQ+ youth services, including roles at the Men's Health Foundation and the Los Angeles LGBT Center. A former Zebra Youth intern, he plans to extend drop-in hours, reactivate the Youth Advisory Board and grow support services.
