Ashley Figueroa is a transgender Latina from Orlando who has done community work in the city for more than eight years. She co-founded the Gender Advancement Project with Nikole Parker, which helps trans people with legal name changes, including filing fees and new IDs. She has worked with Equality Florida, the Contigo Fund, Orlando Trans Collective and the City of Orlando, and was a grand marshal of the 2024 Come Out With Pride parade.
