Thresa Giles is chief executive officer of Hope & Help, which provides HIV and STI prevention, testing, treatment and education across Central Florida. She has more than 30 years of experience in finance and operations, including roles as a senior finance executive and CFO for large education systems. In October 2026 she led the groundbreaking for Hope & Help's new center on South Orange Blossom Trail, which is expected to open in spring 2027.
