Founder and CEO, Transgender Health & Wellness Center

Thomi Clinton is the founder and CEO of the Transgender Health & Wellness Center, which she launched in 2018 and grew to locations in Palm Springs, Riverside, and San Diego. Born in East Chicago, Indiana, and raised in Mountainburg, Arkansas, she later moved to Los Angeles before making the Coachella Valley her home. She also formed the Transgender Community Coalition to raise money for a Transgender Day of Remembrance memorial statue. In late 2025 she led the center's civil rights complaints after Riverside County pulled housing-related funding.
