Jerry R. Soria-Foust is the Artistic Director of the Palm Springs Gay Men's Chorus, which hired him in 2021 to lead its 23rd season. A professional music educator and arts leader with more than 25 years of experience, he joined his first GALA chorus at 19 with the Indianapolis Men's Chorus. He previously led the San Diego Men's Chorus and founded Opus Q, a men's vocal ensemble, and Windy City Performs. Under his direction the chorus became a resident ensemble at the restored Plaza Theatre in downtown Palm Springs.
