Charles Wollin is a San Francisco resident who has played for the San Francisco Spikes, an LGBTQ+ soccer club, since 2012. He volunteered as director of development for Pride House SF, the LGBTQ sports fan space that opened at the SF LGBT Center for the 2026 FIFA World Cup, which raised more than $100,000. He is also a play-by-play broadcaster for collegiate soccer with ESPN+ and the University of San Francisco.
