Johnny Loaiza is commissioner of the Phoenix Gay Flag Football League, one of the largest LGBTQIA+ sports organizations in the Valley. The league plays fall seasons on Friday nights and spring seasons on Saturday mornings under the motto "Fun. Football. Family.", with a focus on an inclusive, respectful space for LGBTQ+ players and allies.
