Lamb Rahming co-founded Men of Melanin Magic in Boston in 2016, a nightlife and social group for queer people of color that later rebranded as Frolic. Frolic runs the weekly Bussdown Fridays club night in Boston, drag and discussion events, and Frolic Weekend in Provincetown, which drew more than 1,200 attendees in June 2026. He co-leads the organization with Steve Hanton.
