Dear Community Members:
As the Sheriff of Los Angeles County, I am pleased to welcome you to the 2026 Long Beach Pride Festival and Parade!
This year's theme, "Fearless and Free," recognizes the struggles and hopes of the LGBTQ+ community. It celebrates victories and great strides that have been made to secure freedom and equality.
The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department is committed to respecting the dignity of all people. Protecting the rights of marginalized communities is central to serving our communities throughout Los Angeles County. We strive to improve the service we provide through partnership, communication, and collaboration.
Today we acknowledge and celebrate the progress made for many through the efforts of many courageous and compassionate individuals.
Thank you, Long Beach Pride team, for your dedication, commitment, and hard work in organizing this year's celebration and parade.
Sincerely,
Warm regards,
