On behalf of all of us in the Long Beach City Attorney’s Office, I am thrilled to welcome you to the 43rd Annual Long Beach Pride Festival and Parade.

This event highlights so many things that are great about our city and our country - our diversity, our creativity, our strong sense of community and our support and love for our neighbors from all walks of life.

As the first woman to ever serve as the elected City Attorney of Long Beach, I am so honored to represent our incredible community. Here in Long Beach, a city of neighborhoods, we treasure our diversity and truly care about our neighbors as people. Our LGBTQ+ community has been at the forefront of this culture, encouraging celebration of our diverse community for many years. When you build a community on love and respect as its foundation, you end up with a thriving, resilient city.

Thank you to the Long Beach Pride Team who work so hard to bring this incredible celebration to life every year. I wish you all a delightful and uplifting Pride weekend!
