Signal Hill Council Member Keir Jones is a recognized leader in advancing equity, inclusion, and community engagement. His leadership has helped position Signal Hill as a national model for inclusion, earning a perfect score on the Human Rights Campaign’s Municipal Equality Index, while also supporting regional efforts to address housing and homelessness.
