Fiona Ma, California State Treasurer

California State Treasurer Fiona Ma is a distinguished public servant with more than two decades of leadership in government and public policy. As Chair of the California Board of Equalization, she led key reforms to enhance accountability and efficiency, and during her tenure in the State Assembly, where she served as Speaker pro Tempore, she authored 60 laws advancing public health, consumer protection, and equal rights, including efforts supporting marriage equality in California. A licensed CPA, Ma holds degrees from Rochester Institute of Technology, Golden Gate University, and Pepperdine University, and continues to serve on national and international advisory boards.
