Austin Metoyer, President and CEO of the Downtown Long Beach Alliance, is a recognized leader in advancing inclusive economic growth and community development. Since 2022, he has overseen two business improvement districts representing nearly 5,000 stakeholders, while leading key initiatives such as the Roadmap to Recovery Strategic Plan and implementing a DEIA framework that supports LGBTQ+ businesses and community engagement. His previous experience includes roles with the Office of Antonio Villaraigosa, the National Foreign Trade Council, and Brailsford & Dunlavey.
