Bryan “Whitey” Littlefield Community Grand Marshal Award
Mark Ramos is recognized for his lifelong commitment to labor leadership and LGBTQ+ advocacy. A native of East Los Angeles, he rose to become President of United Food and Commercial Workers Local 1428 and currently serves as President of the UFCW Western States Council. In 2024, he was elected Chair of the Los Angeles County Democratic Party, representing more than 3 million Democrats, and continues to champion workers’ rights, civic engagement, and community empowerment.
