This is a free, accessible, and inclusive birding outing for everybody and every body. No birding or sketching experience necessary! Come hang out, spot some birds, try your hand at drawing, or simply enjoy some time outside with fellow bird lovers.
🗓️ Thursday, October 29th 📍 North Lake, Golden Gate Park ⏰ 4:15 pm – sunset
More details on what to expect and accessibility notes are available on the event registration page linked in our bio. We’ll have ~15 pairs of loaner binoculars and a spotting scope available. Camping chairs encouraged and bring your own drawing materials if you’d like to sketch!
In recognition of Birdability Week, an annual celebration of birders with disabilities and other health concerns, we also encourage folks to check out the talks and resources at birdability.org/birdability-week💛
