The Big Gay Picnic
"The biggest, gayest picnic in Southern California!"
Our mission is to create a welcoming and inclusive space where people of all backgrounds and identities can come together in community and friendship. Through our monthly picnics in Balboa Park, we aim to foster connections, celebrate diversity within the LGBTQ community, and build a sense of belonging for everyone—pets included.
We host THE BIG GAY PICNIC in Balboa Park, in the Cypress Grove Picnic Area (locally known as "Gay Beach") near 6th Ave & Laurel St in San Diego, CA. Look for the Pride flags! 🏳️🌈
