RIFT

RIFT is a queer and female-owned and operated organization that's dedicated to creating an inclusive space in the outdoor industry for both cis women and the queer community - particularly trans, femme, and non-binary individuals - to network, progress, and create community while moving beyond the “intermediate plateau” in mountain biking and downhill skiing while also creating long-lasting community. We aren't just a women's group, we aren't just a queer group - we're for everyone.
