Mr. San Diego Eagle 2026 / J.J. Abujasen

J.J. Abujasen, proudly reigning as Mr. San Diego Eagle 2026, is a passionate community leader, fundraiser, leather titleholder, and drag entertainer dedicated to bringing people together through visibility, celebration, and service. Known on stage as Justine Thyme, J.J. combines their love for drag, leather, kink, and queer nightlife to create spaces that are welcoming, playful, and deeply community-centered. As a proud member of the Leather Boys of San Diego, they are committed to strengthening and uplifting San Diego’s leather and LGBTQ+ communities through connection, authenticity, and advocacy.

During their title year, J.J. is raising funds for TransFamily Support Services with a goal of raising at least $5,000 before December 2026. Through creative fundraising events hosted at The San Diego Eagle and partnerships with venues, organizations, and community hosts across San Diego, their campaign focuses on leather culture, community building, kink education, nightlife, and unapologetic fun. From gear nights and playful competitions to drag shows, socials, and interactive events, J.J.’s mission is to celebrate queer joy while directly supporting trans youth and families in need.

At the heart of J.J.’s title year is a belief that leather spaces can be both affirming and impactful; places where community care, visibility, and fundraising all go hand in hand.
