All are welcome to the group. Please be mindful of other patrons and be sure to follow our rules and guidelines:

* 1. We Don’t Own the Bar

These bars are awesome for hosting us, but we do not have special reservations for our game nights. We share the space, so please be mindful of the other patrons.

* 2. Be Cool to the Staff

The bartenders and servers have been amazing — let’s keep it that way. Please be patient when it’s busy, make sure to tip accordingly, and be respectful. Bad behavior toward staff isn’t just a bad look for you, but for the whole group.

* 3. Respect Each Other

Everyone’s here to enjoy games and make new connections — let's make sure we maintain that welcoming environment and treat everyone with respect. If your behavior makes others uncomfortable (flirting too hard, getting too drunk, or getting verbally aggressive), we will ask you to leave. This is a one-warning kind of group.

* 4. Mind the Volume (a Little)

We’re a bit of a rowdy bunch — and that’s great! But we’re also mindful. If a table next to you is quietly enjoying dinner or watching a game, keep your celebratory howls at a respectful level.

* 5. Take Care of the Games

Treat all games like they’re someone’s prized Pokémon card collection. Ask before grabbing someone else's game, wash your hands before playing, avoid greasy food on the cards, and if you ruin something, let the owner know.

* 6. Got a Concern? Talk to Us

Admins are here to help. If someone’s making you uncomfortable, or you’ve got a suggestion or issue, don’t hesitate to pull one of us aside or DM us. We want to make this a safe, fun space for everyone!

Failure to follow the above rules, or any unwanted behavior, will result in removal from the group. Thanks for helping us keep Brews N’ Board Games a welcoming, fun, slightly chaotic (in a good way) place to unwind. Cheers and see you at the next game night! 🍻

*-Fundraiser Information-*
This fundraiser is set up to help cover the cost of maintaining the Meetup subscription for our group, $299/year.
Let me be clear: payment is not required to be a member of this group. I will not put up a paywall to this group. Our purpose is to simply provide opportunities for anybody to play games and be social.
The fundraiser does not end at that point, it will remain open indefinitely to help subsidize the cost of the subscription.
*Please note:* Pledge takes a cut of every donation (2.9% + $0.30 per donation). If you wanted to throw a dollar or two here once a month, it would actually be more beneficial for the group if those donations were made just once. E.g. Donate $12 once for the year instead of $1 each month. This is because that 30 cent flat fee would only be taken once instead of multiple times.

Thank you for your help <3
