About this workshop:

Join Karmelit to embark on a journey of discovery, learning, and respect within the realm of needle play. Designed for both tops and bottoms, this class will include an extensive introduction to needle play, safety, negotiations, and sharps resources. All experience levels welcome, however this class is tailored to those new to needle play and will include live demonstration and a supervised, hands-on practice session.

Please bring your own needle kits if you have them. A $5 donation is requested to cover supplies (unless you bring your own!) for the hands-on portion if attendees choose to participate. Please RSVP to reserve supplies.

Karmelit also provides FREE SHARPS DISPOSAL. Please bring ANY sharps containers you are looking to dispose!

Presenter Bio:

Karmelit has been an active member of the community since 2013 and joined the San Diego scene in 2017. Her fascination with needles started in 2014 after a needle tasting, and she has been hooked on sharps as a top and bottom since! In 2022, Karmelit started diving into the more artistic side of needles, including making her own designs, developing education handouts, and building a comprehensive needle play toolbox. Karmelit also attended Reign of Blood 2024 and R.O.B Nightfall 2024 as part of her continuing education.

When Karmelit is not busy poking people with needles, she serves as the Treasurer of Club X San Diego and assists with the the L.I.C.K Library.

About Xperience:

This monthly 101-level workshop and practice focuses on three of the most recognizable BDSM playstyles: Rope, Flogging/Impact, and Needles. Alternating monthly, our presenters will take you through some basic terms and techniques before demonstrating safe methods and allowing you some time to engage in guided practice. Bring a friend to practice with, or come alone. We'll do what we can to get you paired up and playing!

Needles: Mar, Jun, Sept, Dec

Attendees must present valid, physical government-issued identification for entry. The identification must include the attendee's legal first and last name as well as birthdate. (Must be 18 or older.)
