The Conversation Project

An LGBTQ+ community event focused on respectful, open conversation during Florida Leather Week. Instead of lectures or panels, sessions are led by Conversation Mentors who share personal experiences, and attendees can ask questions without judgment. Four guided sessions over two days cover LGBTQ+ history, modern relationships, finding where you belong, leather culture, power exchange, BDSM and kink, and mentorship, with social and networking time, food and refreshments. Hosted by Razr Steele (Mr. Eagle Wilton Manors 2025) and Jafar Jaafar.
