Tarab NYC Community Support Group

Join us for a community support group for LGBTQ people from the SWANA (Southwest Asian and North African) region, also commonly referred to as MENA (Middle East and North Africa). The group provides a welcoming and supportive space to connect with others, share experiences, discuss challenges, and exchange strategies for navigating experiences that affect our community.

The group is facilitated by one of Tarab NYC’s trained peer support facilitators and takes place at the LGBT Center in Manhattan. This is a peer support group, not a therapy or clinical treatment session. Our facilitators and organizers do not provide healthcare or mental health services, and the group is not a substitute for professional care.

If you have questions about the group or registration, please contact us at [email protected]. Any updates or changes to the session will be shared by email with registered participants.
