QueerCalendarStep into the shadows for a Halloween-inspired yoga practice by candlelight. This 1hr class starts with grounding breathwork and a slow moving yoga flow designed to cultivate presence, awareness, and a little mystery. This is an all levels class that builds a gentle intensity through holding the poses. Set to a haunting soundtrack and surrounded by flickering candlelight, this practice invites us to explore fear, impermanence, and the possibility of meeting the unknown with greater awareness.
