QueerCalendarMother Valentino Flora and the Denver Art Museum present the SpooKiki Ball at Untitled: Artist Takeover. Join us for an evening celebrating the art of Ballroom culture, inspired by the DIVA exhibition. The Ball and Happy Hour begin at 5 pm. Artmaking starts at 6 pm. Watch the local Denver Kiki Houses dance, pose, and walk the runway! A Ball is a competition and gathering rooted in the Black and Brown queer and trans communities. Ballroom gives people a space to express themselves while also celebrating individuality and community. Come in costume (just skip the face covering!). Entry is included with general admission, which is always free for members.
