QueerCalendarJoin us for Golem Shabbat, an Erev Halloween Friday night experience delving into the strange and fascinating Jewish tradition of the golem. Led by Rabbi Malka, we'll explore what it means to be unfinished, to create, and to bring something into being through Jewish texts, Shabbat ritual, and the Jewish Studio Process. No artistic experience is necessary, this is NOT an art class, but a chance to slow down, make something, and discover what emerges. Come celebrate Shabbat in an unconventional, contemplative, playful, and slightly spooky way.
