• 8:30 AM — Registration & Networking Lounge Opens
  Players check in, grab breakfast bites, and practice on the driving range.

• 9:30 AM — Tournament Shotgun Start
  9-hole charity-style tournament begins on the course.

• 11:30 AM — Garden Party Guest Arrival
  Non-golfing guests arrive for cocktails, music, and networking on the green lawn.

• 1:15 PM — Tournament Concludes & Scoring
  Golfers transition from the course to the main dining pavilion.

• 1:30 PM — Luncheon & Women in Leadership Discussion
  Food is served as our featured panel kicks off smoothly.

• 2:45 PM — Awards Ceremony & Raffle Drawings
  Announce tournament winners, hand out trophies, and draw raffle prizes.

• 3:30 PM — Mix & Mingle Closing Reception
