QueerCalendarWe’re excited to officially launch the first-ever OUTbio San Diego ERG Leadership Summit, a space for ERG and DEI leaders across the life sciences industry here in San Diego to come together, build community, and share what’s working (and what’s not) when it comes to creating inclusive workplaces.
We are aiming to have the summit featuring food, breakout sessions, and a networking happy hour to close out the day. We are in the process of securing the venue and will follow-up with additional details including the exact date as we get closer. If you or someone at your company is interested in attending and possibly speaking during the event, please fill out our short intake form by July 15!
To keep the conversations meaningful and collaborative, we’re limiting participation to up to 3 representatives per organization. If additional colleagues are interested in joining, just let us know in the form as we’re happy to review those on a case-by-case basis.
