QueerCalendarIn September Mt Sinai reached a settlement with the Trump DOJ to permanently end gender affirming care for trans youth. The settlement also required them to dedicate $2 million to detransition related care.
Mt Sinai didn't end this care because science said it was unsafe. They capitulated to the Trump administration's attacks on trans people, their families, and the healthcare providers who care for them.
