Meets every Monday from 6 – 6:30pm.
Start your week off with a Mindful Monday! We will be hosting a 30 minute guided meditation every week to help you center, ground, relax, and destress! Each week we will hold a different guided meditation and practice various mindfulness skills together from 6-6:30 pm. There’s no pressure to be on camera. Just tune in, listen, and relax with the other members of the LHI community!
