MUSCLE MOMMIES is Florida's first, sapphic deadlifting competition! We're looking for the biggest, strongest, most powerful dyke in the tri-county area. Do you think you have what it takes to be crowned the first Miami Muscle Mommy?
Awards will be available for the Heaviest Lift and the Highest Ratio.
Not a weightlifter? No problem! We encourage everyone to pursue healthy movement in the way that works best for them ❤️ We'll have local queer trainers Devon Spears and L. A. The King show you the ropes. Everyone deserves to feel comfortable in the gym. As a bonus, we'll also have the Biggest Flex award for the biggest bicep in the room 💪
Come lift or come hang, we've got something for you!
Yes, but we do not recommend this and are not liable if you are injured. We will have professional lifters on site to teach you proper form, so even if you don't compete this time, you can start preparing for the future!
This competition is only open to those who identify as sapphic. Sapphics are women and non-men who identify as lesbian, bisexual, or pansexual. That said, we want everyone to try lifting! There will be opportunities for everyone to hit the bar.
This prize goes to the overall heaviest lift.
This prize goes to the highest ratio of weight lifted to body weight.
This prize goes to the attendee with the largest bicep circumference.
