Since January 20, 2025, there have been 43 shootings by immigration authorities on the streets of the United States. (There were a total of 8 in the two years prior.) 9 of those victims were killed by these armed agents of terror. Over 60 people have died while languishing in ICE detention facilities without access to medical care. American children are being ripped from their parents, and scores of children, some as young as infants, are being detained. The violence and cruelty are the point.
Poorly trained and highly armed goon squads running rampant in our cities with weapons of war are a threat to our communities, our lives, and our Democracy. Communities are terrorized. Black and Brown immigrants, both documented and undocumented, are afraid to leave their homes. This ethnic cleansing campaign makes no one safe.
Join Gays Against Guns at 1pm on Sunday, October 25th on the plaza in front of the giant American flag on Broadway and 43rd Street to take a stand against the state-sponsored gun violence and terror being inflicted on our communities by ICE.
