The 2024 HRC Women LEAD Summit will convene the national community of HRC Women LEADers for a series of trainings, workshops, and community building.
The weekend will feature key updates on HRC’s work and the movement at large, special guest speakers, personal leadership advancement, and an opportunity to build community among LGBTQ+ and allied women and non-binary leaders at HRC through spirited discussion, practical insights, and impactful networking. Participants will leave the summit firmly rooted in the HRC community with new tools in their path to personal leadership and advocacy.
We kick off the weekend on Friday afternoon and we’ll close on Sunday afternoon. Your ticket includes meals during the course of the summit, access to all daytime programming, and covers your participation at the evening receptions and dinners.
