About this event

Circle Left is a gender neutral contra dance in Oakland on the first Saturday of the month. All our dances are called with larks and robins as the names for the two dance roles. That means you can dance with everyone.

Beginner lesson 6:30 to 7 p.m., dance 7 to 10 p.m.

$5 to 20 sliding scale. Or pay what you can. Everyone's welcome! Cash preferred, Venmo accepted.

Free parking in the lot and on the street. About 1/2 mile from the 19th St. BART Station, or AC Transit buses 12 or 33. Masks are optional at Circle Left. Please stay home if you're sick.
