QueerCalendarThe Denver Feminist Chorus explores the lived experiences of immigrants in the United States through diverse music, including Kevin Memley's "A New Colossus" and Moira Smiley's "Refugee," moving beyond rhetoric and statistics to a hopeful, challenging, contradictory, yet fully human experience. The chorus partners with organizations serving immigrant communities, including Casa de Paz and Intercambio Uniting Communities; learn about each in the lobby. Run time 2 hours including a 15-minute intermission.
