QueerCalendarThe 10th Annual OPEN Finance Forum will take place on October 23, 2026, hosted by Citi in New York City.
For the past decade, the Forum has brought together Pride ERG leaders, executive sponsors, DEI and HR practitioners, industry leaders, and LGBTQ+ advocacy organizations for a day of learning, connection, and meaningful dialogue on the future of inclusion in financial services.
This year’s program will feature conversations on LGBTQ+ leadership, healthcare, public policy, career growth, and community building, alongside networking opportunities with colleagues from across the industry.
Due to limited capacity, we are currently inviting members of the OPEN Finance community to request an invitation to attend. Priority will be given to employees of OPEN Finance member firms.
