Thank you to Kari (Trankis), a Los Angeles based artist, DJ, community organizer and Dyke Day LA attendee, for creating our 2026 flyer. 🌟 (( @bientrankis ))
Our next post features a limited edition merch collab, so stay tuned!🔥

From our small gatherings back at @barnsdallpark 18 years ago to what we’ve grown into today, thank you to everyone who has collaborated, contributed, and volunteered along the way.
We exponentially outgrew the lawn @barnsdallpark every year, each time taking up a little more space and leaving it a little more queer.
We’ve traveled to many different parks staying true to our vision: no cops, no corporations, just a free, inclusive, all ages space for our expansive LA Dyke, Queer, and Trans community.
Thank you to the Founders for laying these roots, and the many waves of organizers who continue to walk in their docs, crocs, heels, and boots. (S/O to those who kept Dyke Day alive through the height of the Pandemic!)
We look forward to carrying on this tradition every year, especially when things feel super heavy and dark.
Happy 18 years of @dykedayla!
